It’s a great hotel. Ideal location to KL and PJ. As it’s attached to a shopping mall, there are so many shops to dine in and do window shopping. Everyone is friendly and nothing is too much of trouble. We have stayed here at least 5 times. No mosquitoes and the hotel is well maintained.

The staff are friendly every time you meet them, they’ve been so helpful. The room was more than okay for me, there’s a refrigerator, praying mat, bathroom with essentials and hot water. The staff even helped us bring our luggage to KL Sentral when we checked out. Definitely worth and recommended!

Access to the train station is very easy, there is a shuttle service from the hotel to the station and back, the mall is nearby, there are many restaurants nearby, the rooms are spacious, the amenities are complete, and the service is excellent🙏

We arrived slightly earlier for check-in, they were able to accommodate us and there were rooms already available. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and the checking in process was smooth and pleasant. We had the hotel breakfast, highly recommended. I think it's the best among the top hotels in KL city centre. The variety was great, the quality and the taste was great. The wait staff were efficient. It was a very good experience on both the days. The pool was family-friendly, it had a slide, which was great for families with kids. Overall, an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi code worked well, good enough to stream Netflix and YouTube on multiple devices at the same time. Overall, we would definitely come back again if we have the opportunity to.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at The Robertson Kuala Lumpur. It's close to Pudu Station, Jalan Alor, and Petaling Street, all within walking distance. It exceeded my expectations, with a spacious and comfortable room and filtered drinking water. The hotel's location is quite strategic, close to Alor and several nearby convenience stores. It's within walking distance to Lot 10 and Pavilion. I'll definitely be back if I visit KL again.

The room was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for a couple, with toiletries and a mini fridge provided. The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

I have been staying in Myhotel KL Sentral for more than 8 times. It is strategically located, clean, and the staff are friendly. The room that I was given this time was a clean one and not so noisy. Although can still hear sounds of motorcycles or people talking below the unit, but this is acceptable for the money we pay. I strongly recommend this hotel for a short trip in KL!
