This was my third time staying at Royal Plaza on Scotts, and I would definitely consider coming back again. One of the main reasons I keep choosing this hotel is the value for money. Hotels around Orchard can get quite expensive, but Royal Plaza on Scotts usually offers competitive rates for the area. The location is also hard to beat. It's within walking distance of Orchard Road, shopping malls, restaurants, and the MRT, so getting around Singapore is very convenient. Another thing I appreciate is the room size. For the price I paid, the room felt spacious, which is becoming quite rare in Singapore these days. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay as well. Cleanliness could be improved slightly. I noticed some minor stains on the faucet in the bathroom, but it wasn't anything major or enough to affect my overall experience.

Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼

Clean! 200m to Lavender MRT. Easy access. It is the quality of Worldwide Hotel Group as expected. However, I was surprised by wonderful customer service! After knowing that I would take a night scheduled flight, James at the front desk gave me a special late check-out time. Thank you so much, James! I really appreciate it. First time staying here and we're super happy with everything. There was a bridge connecting to Paragon Mall, making travel so easy. MRT station (Orchard) was close by so simple to travel. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was complete with laundry, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, plus complete kitchen! Definitely will come back again in the future!!

Extremely great location as it is located at the heart of the town area. A perfectly great venue for staycation for couples and friends going for shopping for long hours! Only one side note for the hotel management to take note of is the showerhead in the bathroom, that the tap for water isolation between showerhead and rain shower is slightly leaking.
