Our last few days of a three-week vacation in the UK were made very nice by the quality of the staff and accommodations (room cleanliness, meals, and more) of this hotel. The concierge staff were particularly top notch. It was a perfect location as a home base in Central London with great subway, bus, and taxi access to all our final touring activity. The hotel also serves a wonderful international community of travelers and we enjoy being in this kind of environment.

辦理check-in的女職員沒有ㄧ絲笑容。
孩子們住的968房，馬桶沖水把手很難壓，房間會聽到許多怪聲。
最後一晚先生和大兒子要在酒吧喝酒，結果坐在椅子上等很久，都不見服務生前來點餐。
我們住的970房間，淋浴設備很好，清潔狀況也不錯。但是書桌旁二孔插座壞掉無法充電。
整體而言，這是個服務糟糕、設施破舊的旅館，價格也非常昂貴。並且對東方人不友善。

The staff were all very friendly, literally staff member (something not that common these days). The room was clean. Most importantly the bed was incredibly comfortable! If you're going to Hyde park this is an excellent location. It's pricey but you get what you pay for.

There was a massive queue for breakfast and chaos. The staff at breakfast were doing an amazing job.
There was masonry drilling on every day and constant banging. Staff knocked our door every morning for some reason?
The desk manager demanded ID or was going to turn us away. I travelled without anything and was a standoff. Very rude. Apart from that nice hotel.

Half of the hotel is extremely old and has a mildew smell. Also that side doesn’t have the same security as the other side. Nor do they use the entrance on that side. So you have to walk through the entire hotel to get to those elevators. They used fans the first day to clear the mildew smell but that didn’t last long.
