Hotels and Accommodation near Cairns Civic Theatre

I have issue with Traveloka, u should have told me my booking is fulfilled by Expedia and not Traveloka, receptionist said they only received booking from Expedia which made me perplexed and confused so I asked to connect to hotel wifi to search for my booking email and this annoyed her.

This is a party place which means music very loud everynight up until 2 am. The drain in the shower was clogged, the AC can't be turned off or changed and there 's no space to put you stuff in the room, no shelves, no curtains, no personnal lamp. This place really is just for very short stays, for having fun at the club which makes the check-out at 10am outrageous, it should be 11am instead.

Children in pool at 5.20am. Doors leaving rooms slamming loudly, and door that should be closed at all times was being opened and closed!
