I stayed in Neo+ Penang hotel because it was recommended to me by a friend. I came here with 3 people, and we opted for the family room. Our overall experience was amazing, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast has the best omelet and nasi lemak.

Atmosphere/Facilities: The hotel is very clean and fragrant, the facilities are very complete, and what we really like is the swimming pool and gym. Food: The food is very tasty and delicious with a complete menu. Staff Assistance: The staff officers are very enthusiastic in helping us.
