Atmosphere/Facilities: The hotel is very clean and fragrant, the facilities are very complete, and what we really like is the swimming pool and gym. Food: The food is very tasty and delicious with a complete menu. Staff Assistance: The staff officers are very enthusiastic in helping us. My first stay at Neo Gubeng, my expectations were probably the same as a typical 3-star hotel. From the start, the friendly staff helped me with parking. Check-in was hassle-free. I was immediately admitted to my room, with the staff promptly providing an extra bed. Thankfully, I stayed in a family room with a 10-month-old baby, and it was safe. The breakfast menu was also quite good, although not very varied, but the taste was delicious and not bland. Hopefully, Neo Gubeng will maintain its quality service 🙏
