When just arrived for check in, the staffs didn't bother to at least greet and asked to wait. Took a while till finally asked if I had checked in, of course I haven't! Booked for a villa w private pool and a standard room, but we had to carry out own luggages and asked for direction, no staffs care to attend our luggages. Passed by w some staffs in std room alley, while they were about to cleaning up some rooms. Very bad body odour. Passed by w some staffs, didn't bother too look and greet the guest. Your staffs' service really need to be upgraded. While rooms and facilities are good

I ordered the deluxe room and I wasn’t disappointed. Room is clean, toilet is super clean, and the room got a nice floral scented. The owner is very friendly, the staff is very helpful and the service was very good. It’s close from Toya Pakeh and Banjar Nyuh Harbour. Recommended!! Matur Suksma Krisna Guesthouse💖

Highly recommended for travelers who just need a place to rest in Nusa Penida. The price is totally cheap, the breakfast is delicious, the owner and his family are very kind, friendly and helpful. Sehat selalu Bli dan Keluarga!

Room clean but Pool and Shower with sea salt walter. Poor Wifi in the room, very high steps hard to climb to the first floor. Nice and very friendly staff, over all a good and cheap Hotel. But better book backside than seaview because very hot in Morning.

The owner very welcome person! The room is okay please don't expect any facilities like in the hotel consider this is not a hotel 😄.
