I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. What made my experience even better was the exceptional service at the front desk. Daffa, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He made the check-in process smooth and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. I will definitely return and recommend this place to others!

Everything is a great and excited. Staff are very helpful and polite, The Room is spacious, elegant and very clean. The bed is very large and super comfy. Bathroom also in good conditions and spacious too. The views from my room is the best, and the important one is the location is accesible to everywhere cause it near everywhere too. Staying at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin was an amazing moment for my life and you mus try. Thank you for your hospitality and will come back again in future.

Again, I forgot to take the pictures but do not worry because everything is exactly the same as the photos they were showing you in this application. The service was awesome. As always. The housekeepers are friendly and ready to help you. The receptions are helpful. In short, this is the immediate choice for me whenever I travel to Jakarta.

A truly nice experience. The hotel is located right in the middle of Jakarta, on the same street as Sarinah I believe. Not too far from Gambir either and it's just gonna a 15-minute walk to Bundaran HI. The hotel is really nice, it's classy but cosy and the hallways smell really nice as well. The room was nice, it's not that small and everything seems very clean & well-maintained. The design was rather minimalist and classy. Breakfast was good, WIFI was fast, shower was nice, I really don't have anything bad to say. The only thing I noticed is that the restaurant feels a little bit small considering how many guests were staying but it wasn't that much of an issue for me. Overall, we had a great experience staying at the hotel and it was actually quite affordable considering the quality that we got compared to other similarly priced hotels in Jakarta. Would definitely come back and stay here again next time!

First, check in process is quick like less than 5 minutes. The reception guy really fulfill my request. The room is large, toothbrush is friendly to my gum, not like any other hotels toothbrush. The pool is the best thing during my stay. Is quiet refreshing with best view of menteng/HI area. Definitely my best choice for hotel in downtown.

Overall the hotel is so nice yet quite. Really good for business trip/staycation. I feel so peacefully stay in here and can recharge my energy. My favorite staff so far Ms. Vica as Front Office (thank you miss for your delightful service) and Technicians (thank you Sir for your tirelessly checking on our needs). Don't worry! All staff I met are so nice, smiley, greetings to me. Your hospitality is really wonderful experience (good job everyone)! Just little bit suggestion for the quality of your breakfast; The portion is too small and need some seasoning😉. But thank you for fulfilling our request, team🙏🏻. Room are spacious and the sofa would be my favorite spot for reading book or even for working🥰. NOTE: you want this room? it's seems like hotel with not maintained well. There is no air fresher , the room was dirty, like it is not cleared enough. All element on the room was old generation, like fridge, AC, toilet, bathtub, even the bad was not clear tho.
The TV was not work at my room. The Air was terribly bad and smelly.
it is a bad experience on my visiting. All old and not well maintained. BAD

I met lots of people from all over the world, and I loved that. I hope I can stay longer next time, since I was only there for business. I’ll definitely stay there again. The room was pretty good and big enough for a capsule. I just hope there’s no broken AC next time—it would make the stay perfect for me.
