I really enjoy staying at this beautiful hotel when I spend short holiday with my family. Outstanding customer service from the staff who are always willing to go beyond and above to make your stay a memorable one. They are friendly, warm and engaging. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is excellent as it is in the heart of Balikpapan. A short walk to some great restaurants and shops. Highly recommended

The staff was friendly and helpful, I was check out early in the morning and I find 1 guy was in the reception, he was helping me a lot with the transportation to go to airport. the room was good and not so much noise so was perfect to had a good rest for those who has long trip

Strategic location in the city center, comfortable environment feels private, friendly staff, fast response, yesterday we stayed here for 5 nights, the room was spacious, there was a balcony, the room was always cleaned every day, we will definitely come back and come back again to stay here.

The room is super cozy, nice, and calm. Each room has its own iron, even with the board. The restaurant is clean with a good layout and ambiance. The food is tasty with many variants. A snack bar with many choices of snacks is a plus point that I have never encountered before. Overall, this is one of the good and satisfying hotels in Balikpapan.
