Affordable hotel and price, and it is near the location that I need to go to.

Hotel Location was good and easy access to town. The stool had a broken leg and was not replaced instead by just putting in position. The water dispenser at the lobby was without hot water.

The facility very bad. Very dirty.

Good place, nice hospitality, friendly staff, little space but very comfy for rest your body after strolling around surabaya. But there 's a little bit warning for the staff such as the air conditioner not clean and toilet door.

Staff very friendly, comfort bedroom, hot water always available. To improve, the toilet might be leaking the seal in floor. Diversity food choices surround the hotel 24 hours no need to worry, hotel location next to convenience store, parking area okay.
