Great hotel and so comfortable

I am a bit uncomfortable with the cleanliness issue of the room unit, in particular in the bath room and left of cigarette that was hidden in the drawer under the TV.

The room is dirty, dusty, and smoky odor. A cigarette dropped when I open the toilet door, and I found waste on the floor. The doormat is wet and dirty. Low water flow. Outside the room are lots of waste. Dirty bed cover and pillows. The walls and ceiling are dirty. The unfresh smell makes me sneeze and headache. I don't want to take any photos because it makes me trauma. The receptionist was not ready, when I want to check out I waited for 5 minutes for the receptionist to come. Such a bad experience! Wasting time. Never come again.

The hotel hall smell damp, understandable for its location hence the room is clean, cold and doesnt smell. They also have water heater. I used Grab bike to the airport from this hotel since it was not too far only cost me 55 Rupiah (Incl Tollgate Fee). It really is a best choice to short holiday, it has many nearby food variance on Grab, located in front of a mall and has Alfamart in the same area. It’s worth the money tho. Thanks
