All is Great on 8th floor (Queen Bed as requested) for 2 nights, But when I'm extended for 2 more nights, The staff suggested to the 7th floor, it's a twin bed but setting up to become one bed and the view of the city was really not clear. Then, one of the staff suggested to move again to the other side room (even its still the same floor).|Well. It's not bad, although the view mostly to the Apartment of Royal Medit than the City View. The last room, not bad. And So Far, good. Just need improvement for the Breakfast. From the variety & taste. Thanks Pullman. Best of success.

Old a hotel but well maintained, and the room was old but clean. You can still feel some of their excellent feature, especially the soundproof room. They have smoking floors, but they put some air purifiers in places so that it doesn't smell like smoke. The swimming pool was great for a small kid, easy access to the mall, breakfast buffets were great with a lot of options but slow to refill. The staff were great and helpful, and they diligently remind guests to wear masks and maintain health protocol which was really great. Overall a pleasant stay will be happy to come back.

It was a great place, of course. Too bad I left a bad memory for the staff there because I forgot to prepare cash for deposit. But the staff was very friendly and said that “it’s okay because it’s already late. Just remember to prepare deposits in the future,” I felt real bad. The food was pretty decent and all in all was a great stay. Deal was a steal. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We've got a great experience staying here, we've booked the room with bathtub with an affordable price and it is awesome! The minor thing to take notes is that this hotel have limited parking slot so if you bring vehicle, it's best to park it once you check in and take public transport to go around town. The location itself no the best spot, it's a little bit tricky, it placed between Warunk Up and Post office, be sure not to go pass through it. The breakfast on other hand is pretty simple not the best feature they had but the service is great to balance it out - just make sure you also have to be respectful for the people that worked there. For staycation purpose, we think this is the place to go. Cheers!

Strategic location near hospitals, next to Indomaret and pharmacy. Room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bunkbed design in our room was very unique. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good with affordable price. We recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in the area.

location is good, but disappointed with the bed, first we felt itchy around the skin after having sleep on the bed, second the breakfast is not recommend because of the restaurant is not one of the hotel's facility, it's third party we think, so they don't think about the service or hospitality, better this hotel doesn't sell the breakfast package, third the front office not even helping for short stay process without asking why we choose to take short stay, we decide to short stay because of the cleanliness and the restaurant is doesn't have hospitality service, hope this can bring a better quality and service.

the staffs are nice, but with rat under my bed, bedsheets stained so i have to sleep w/ towels, and lots of unclean spot and critter "droppings" here and there, my experience here isn't that good even for this price point.
