Staff very friendly and accommodating. The first room we checked in had no wifi due to router on that side not working. So they then move us to another side of the room where wifi was fine. Since then, we don't have any problems at all.

Great property and location but the rooms are very underwhelming and basic

We stayed for 3 nights. Staffs is very friendly. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is very good. But not comfortable with the pool because some guests swim not wearing swimsuits but full clothes. Breakfast menu is not too much and the taste is so-so. The hotel facilities are kids friendly because there is a playground and at night there are movie for children, can be enjoyed while eating popcorn. overall, we enjoyed stay in aston gili trawangan.

Our room's floor was wooden and dirty, the toilet was unfit for a hotel, the room wasn't soundproof, and the hotel was located in a narrow alley, so the view wasn't great. Two of the lights in our room were out, and there wasn't a mirror.

The staff was friendly and very good for having calm and good rest. Recommended.

Property was just fine. On the quieter side/area of the island which was good. Transport was ok, however, not within walking distance from the main area. Hired a scooter from the hotel, which needed to be changed a few times. ); Room was basic and fine. Property was nice enough, though, by no means a resort. Seemed like one of the nicer ones on the island.

Best accomodations when visit to Gili Trawangan, worth it to visit this hostel.
