Hotel as nice as usual, however, need to consider having cleaner bed sheets and pillow sheets. Seems it needs to be renewed.

Suitable for transit or urgent situation for rest

The location is good. The staff is good. But (sorry to say) they really really need to improve their cleanliness. The room that I stayed had dusty floor, mosquitos, the aircon didn't work well, and the toilet was beyond dirty 😫 The water felt kind of like"slimy", and there were dead cockroach body parts. Eww.

the sheets were dirty when we first arrived, like they had been used, the room lights were dim. very different from the photos provided on Traveloka.. hopefully Traveloka will also filter the choices of places to stay that are displayed

good review, but when checking in it was far from the information, heavy rain had to use the bell to enter, inside the rain everything was wet. the room was also messy when checked, not in accordance with the information on traveloka. the refund request was rejected by the owner.
