The hotel location is very comfortable and cozy. This is one of the perfect places to go after a long working day. Wonderful place and location.

Hotel Grand Orri Berastagi
Average 2-star hotel. Not suitable for its 2-star status. I made a reservation for a four bed family room, which was very disappointing. The condition of the unit is not well managed. Cockroaches and leeches and ants in the room and toilet. Cobwebs not cleaned. The reception by the female receptionist slightly alleviated the disappointment. Thank you for welcoming us as a family with warmth and sweet smiles.
