It so embarrassing when u are same group as aston and quality of the towel was disgusting, almost all the towel are full of yellow stain and when u ask replacement it’s the same, not worth with the price Reception was so bad as we ask for extension and they said the room only available gor 700.000 rupiah per nights while in traveloka still available for 400.000 rupiah per nights, so bulshit not worth as 4 stars hotel it most likely suit to 2 stars hotel

This is probably my 5th or 6th stay at this hotel—maybe even more, I’ve lost count! And as always, it delivers the same reliable experience. The atmosphere is pleasant, the comfort level is consistent, and the facilities are well-maintained. As someone who enjoys swimming, I appreciate that the pool is quite decent compared to many hotels in its class. The room rate is also very reasonable, especially when compared to some of the newer hotels in town. One small but thoughtful touch: they provide breads and cakes in the minibar, which is great if you ever feel hungry outside regular meal times. Another big plus is the location—it’s easy and convenient to get around. Just minutes away from cafes, restaurants, offices, and even Palangkaraya’s only shopping center. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the limited parking space. However, the hotel provides helpful security staff who assist with parking, so it’s not a major issue. Overall, still one of my top choices when visiting Palangkaraya.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The facility was great for the price we paid. I have stayed at many mid-priced hotels in Indonesia and this has been one of the best.

Great hotel with convenience parking lot and friendly staff, suitable for traveller and family.

I booked smart room queen for one night. The receptionist passed me the key and when I entered the room was not cleaned yet. The towel was on the bed and got yellow stained all over. The pillows were on the chair without cases so you know how dirty the pillows are. I bed they nv washed it nor changed it. I complaint to the receptionist and she soon changed us to a new room. I went to new room to find out the pillows were dirty just like the ones in the previous room. The bed sheet and pillow cases got stain somehow yellow and brown. I don’t even want to check the toilet. Since traveloka does not allow us to get refund (non - refundable room), I have to lose my money. I changed hotel right away. No way I would stay in such dirty and disgusting room.

The staff are friendly and polite, the food served is delicious and fresh even though the menu variety is limited.

It doesn't seem to be the 3 stars hotel. The room is smelly, the food is worse and the staff as well.
