The hotel room was clean, comfy and had a good ambiance.

The location is great, you can find everything nearby. There are many restaurants and shopping centers nearby. It's safe to say this is the best hotel in town.

only have good views number one in this hotel. The room facilities are not complete as I usual similar price Hotel in Sukabumi.

The staff is friendly. The bedroom and bathroom are clean.

A great option to stay, the scenery and atmosphere make you feel like in a tourism spot already without even leaving. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Food is available in many options. I wish to stay longer here next time.

room 109 : wastafel banyak rambut.. tissue gulung basah di simpen di tempat nya.. ga di ganti, TV kok jadi begitu ya.. ga bisa di tonton.. Pertama nginep kayaknya bagus.. jadi balik lagi, tapi di suruh balik lagi ga deh! receptionist cewek di tanya kamar jangan brisik ya..ga kok..eh malah pinggir jalan suara ngoeng2 motooor!t dan dia tdk informative! contoh, wifi ada tdk perlu password. makan kalo mau pesan bisa ato ga ksh tau lah, bisa di bantu pak bawa tas nya..?? ga ada tuh begitu semoga ke depannya lebih baik, karyawan lebih rajin demi masih punya pekerjaan kl ga rajin ya sepi hotel nya lo..

Much dissapointed compare to price and distance. I booked for family budget room with 2x normal price, it's no problem due to end of year booking. Even actually occupancy almost empty. But room is dirty and old, no telephone to front office, dispenser without water (suck), and bathroom without hot water. Complete!! Ohhh... never again.
