All are almost good, but no shampoo & soap it's kind of weird for a hotel.

Just standard. The cleaning service is kind.

The range of food for breakfast was amazing!

I had a great stay here. The receptionist was friendly. You need to leave a deposit of 100k IDR or submit your original ID as a guarantee, which you will get back upon check-out. They used to offer an airport shuttle, but unfortunately, they no longer have this service, which made it a bit inconvenient for me since I thought it was still available. The room has around 40 beds, but it was quiet enough for me to sleep well. However, the bathroom needs more regular maintenance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you.

The service is good, but the towel is not proper to be used as the color become brown - ish. So we were not using the towel. However as visitor is not many and the price is not expensive, it is understandable.

* Check-in process was quite quick, the staff was so helpful and friendly. * Bedroom and bathroom are clean. * Toothbrush, soap and clean towell are provided. * Drinking water was provided in the water dispenser, we can refill as we want - this is good to reduce plastic bottles 👍🏻 * The location is not far from the Juanda airport, so it is a perfect place for transit.

nice place,close to airport,nice food (I order Rawon) .room ok,too. recommend to stay at Hotel Utami again when transit in Surabaya
