Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.

After entering the room, the receptionist called to inform me that my child's wallet had been found by another guest in the lobby during check-in. Thank God, everything was intact. Service excellence...

This hotel is perfect for families with children under 12. It's strategically located, even within walking distance to Ciwalk. It offers a wide selection of food options via online motorcycle taxis, excellent service, and a wide selection of breakfast options. It also offers numerous other amenities, including a heated children's pool, children's activities, a mini zoo, and more. Recommended!

Stayed 2 nights for the end of year holiday was fantastic at Lorin Hotel, our family was very happy and enjoyed their rooms and facilities, clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms, a very beautiful hotel and very exciting pool and playground facilities for children ... Large and clean rooms, cold AC, very large android TV, with a wide selection of channels with cable TV network, fast Wi-Fi, breakfast was quite delicious. With extraordinary facilities and comfort, we will return to Lorin Hotel if we go to Solo again.

The hotel is highly recommended for families, with complete facilities, delicious food, and excellent and friendly service. I would stay here again if I were to visit Jakarta again.
