The room is okay, but there is no air conditioner in the room. Technician came in to repair at 23:45pm. I got to refuse it because my baby is sleeping, ask for table fan and was provided but the table fan is dirty. Suggestion is, make sure rooms are with all the necessity before handing over the key.

Spacious and comfortable with double queen bed.

new staff didn't know how to check the booking id when check in time and claim no booking reserved for me. after reassure her many times that i made a booking there then she allow us to check in. she could just see the IC and match the name from the booking list then proceed right away. management should train new staff better.

Although the overall experience was satisfactory, certain amenities, such as the absence of a mini fridge, disposable hotel slippers, and limited TV channels, were disappointing for the affordable rate. However, the receptionist was pleasant and attentive, despite the oversight of my app reservation not being reflected in their system.

TV channel only got fox movies and iron not function. Wifi also not available. My worst hotel so far.

The bed is clean. The surrounding area has so many options for food. Hotel has elevator. However, wifi is not working. I complained to the receptionist, she tests and show that it works at her computer, but not in rooms or hallways. I'm on a work trip, but I had to use my phone 4 G data all the time. Standard room is small and old, bad sound proof. You can hear water running through pipes, and people walking any time.

Great experience and nice place

I saw lots of good comment & cute picture of the room, rate so high 7.8 but when live in, the mattress is bend inside, got bad smell mattress & pillow, overtal cleanliness is 3/10, I won't book this hotel again, felt disguist better book expensive a bit, toilet also 5/10. Quite spacious & big, but dirty & bad smell mattress & towel, my kids also scare.

The resort was awesome but, they don't have my booking & there is no room allocated for me. Fortunately, the front office checked with other customer & they have a room that not been using. We hope this issues will not happened again next time.
