Love the bed! Very comfortable! And the location eventho not on the city centre (5 minutes away) but you can always use uber/grab. easy access. Lots of food stalls & restaurant around the area. Opposite to tesco. Overall I’m very satisfied!

A Wonderful Stay at Raia Hotel Alor Setar!
I had a great experience at Raia Hotel Alor Setar. The staff were efficient and very friendly, making check-in and assistance smooth and pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable, with strong water pressure in the shower — a big plus! TV channels were clear, and everything worked perfectly. Parking was easy and convenient. I especially enjoyed the breakfast — delicious and with a good variety. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

Such a shame a grand hotel like this deterioriating in every aspects. Room is very dark. Two lamps not working. Hotel looks tired.
