Amazing hospitality, super helpfull, great value and superb location (just a few seconds can reach this hotel, very closed from Sloterdjik St-main gate beside starbucks), still in station area). No beed long time to find this hotel. We stayed in family room (quardruple room as a group 4 person). The room very spacious, comfy and very clean. Me and family enjoy to stay in this hotel, very recommended for family, solo or group traveljng.

Such a great hotel for those who first travelling to Amsterdam. The Location only a few step from Amsterdam Central. Near to shopping center, coffee houses, the canals etc. Cozy yet modern hotel. I do enjoy staying here 😍.

Fantastic hotel 👍🏻. Location: 5 ⭐. Room: 5 ⭐. Breakfast: 3 ⭐ (same menu everyday but taste good, unfortunately for the second and third day the chef at the omelette counter not so friendly, was so different with the first day chef) Check in: 5 ⭐ we can do early check in. Service: 5 ⭐.

We are lucky for choosing this hotel, very near with train station, just 5 minutes walking, the restaurant at level 8, very nice, we can sit near window & see the city view.

I booked a room with 2 twin beds and Sofa for one adult and two childern (girls, 13 and 6). As I arrived there they refused my check in with the reason that the room is only for two adults. I suggested that either they pay me back the money, or they should change me a triple room, or they offer me an extra bed. They refused all of my three suggestions! That means they did not give me the money back! And I had to drive my two children back to Germany at 20 o'clock! And my tickets for the museum go to the waste! This is the most awful hotel I have ever experienced of the whole world! The worst service and most unfriendly staff at reception! No next time booking by Best Western also in other countries!
