Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights.. Had a miscommunication on the receptionist on duty on the Oct 28th morning shift, she asked me to pay for the 2pax additional but not discussed properly bout the free breakfast. Tv signal is poor from day 1 until check out. Techs tried to fix but the management says that their TV cable or signal provider is fixing something. The hot water in shower area is only about 10 percent hot or should I describe it as colder than lukewarm water, even on the other room where my companion stays. Has no shower glass door so its kinda cold while taking a bath as the lower part of the bathroom door has no glassdor bottom seal so the cold from A/C enters the bathroom. I raised the concern and asked the tech who also checks on the TV to maybe they can put some door seal on it but nothing happened. We have stayed in Travelite express twice and I can say that it's way better than Travelite legarda to think its bigger than express. The good part is they let us stay on the hotel lobby while we are waiting for out scheduled trip going back to manila. Bellman is accomodating and helpful.

Not good for Business travelers on the Go: I was looking forward for the Tinapa Rice Breakfast, without elaborating during check in of the breakfast time I asked By 7am the next day and they can't cater breakfast to guests who have to wait until 7:30 am despite those guests with engagement meetings by 8am or 9am. Breakfast bid goodbye, I went to Starbucks in the end.

I will try it again some other time. Can recommend to friends. Food is a bit pricey for a 3 star hotel

The staff was friendly and accomodating. I visited baguio 2x including this year. The first experience I had with the inn was when me and my boyfried 's room were in the 5th room (I liked it cause it was cozy, and I felt really home and comfortable in my first visit it was year 2017). 2024 I decided to book in the same inn hoping for a same experience I had way back 2017, but we were put up in the in the basement part I think (its room 6) maybe because we are 3 na (including my daughter). The room was spacious, what I didn't like with the room is that, I don't feel the security with the area (especially maraming dumadaan from the other building I think, and the worst part, our umbrella was stolen, nilagay lang namin sa labas to dry it up since palagong umuulab sa baguio this month). And with the experience we had, parang ayaw kunang bumalik doob: (.

All the staff in Burnham Suites Hotel are very friendly and approchable. We enjoyed staying there. I love how they do their job responsibilities. They are all excellent in their duties and responsibilities. I hope for them to continue all the best for their work and mankind.

The hotel itself is quite good, offering comfortable accommodations and excellent parking facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive, which added to the positive experience. However, there were some issues with our booking. Prior to making the reservation, we selected an option for a connecting room, but upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel does not actually have connecting rooms. This seems to be an issue with the booking platform (possibly Traveloka) rather than the hotel itself. The most disappointing aspect was the food. Unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations and was not enjoyable. Overall, the hotel has its strengths, particularly with its facilities and staff, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the dining experience and ensuring accurate booking information.

Great Place to Stay as always. Area is very near the center of Baguio. Walking distance to Burnham Park. Very clean and well-maintained rooms. Friend staff that always greet you"Magandang Baguio!". Thank you so much, The Orchard Hotel Baguio!
