Every detail—from the warm welcome to the little surprises along the way—made this staycation unforgettable. Ambiance/Facilities: The ambiance was serene and luxurious. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with natural surroundings. The infinity pool, gym, and spa were all clean, well-maintained, and truly elevated the experience. Food: The food was exceptional. Every meal was flavorful and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet had so many options—from healthy choices to indulgent treats—and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Staff Assistance: The staff were outstanding, especially Dimas, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. He made everything feel effortless, and his service truly stood out. I even got a room upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable! Highlights: Getting upgraded to a spacious room with a stunning view was definitely a highlight. I also loved the peaceful vibe of the hotel, the thoughtful service, and how relaxed I felt throughout my stay. Price: Considering the premium experience, top-notch service, and the room upgrade, I’d say it was absolutely worth the price. Great value for a five-star experience. I booked this hotel due to its proximity to Indonesia Arena for a concert and it really was super close and walkable! Arrived later at night and the staff were all super friendly and hospitable throughout my stay and were all very lovely. The check-in and checkout process was super smooth, I really have no complaints. The room itself is really great. The beds were comfortable, I almost didn't want to leave. Breakfast spread is varied and delicious as well. Very lovely and nice place to stay. 10/10
