We love to stay here because it's near the old town center and mall palladium. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.

The staff was very friendly. The room is clean. The hotel provides free hot tea in the lobby. The hotel also close to station and several tourist destinations.

Near city center and Prague Station easy for you to go everywhere you want, not for from new town for you buy any branded things. Many tourist from Asian stay in here.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend and only few steps away from the main train station

Very clean and modern hotel 👍 if you come back to Prague will stay at this hotel.

Not convenient at all if you have a big luggage because the reception is not the same place as our stay. Moreover, it is not so close to walk, even you have a big luggage. So, I have to call a taxi. The reception allowed us to leave our baggage there before checking in time, but the reception is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, so we had to carry 2 big luggage to up floor. Moreover, our apartment room is on 9th floor where is no elevator on this floor, Just only 8th floor we can take elevator, then we had to carry our big luggage upstairs. And the worse there was no light !!! So dark. You have to find the automatic switch to turn up the light and it is automatically turn off very quickly, like 10-20 seconds !!! How terrible of this happened. I realized that next time, I will not book the accommodation where the reception is not the same place. Very inconvenient much. I would not recommend to stay at this place.

the location of the hotel is awesome. very close to anything,and the tram station is just right in front of the hotel

The room was big and the atmosphere is quite luxurious. The hotel is close to the charles bridge, just 7-10 mins walk and the hotel is near to the public transportation (metro, bus, trem). If you’re going to the hotel by public transportation from the airport and plan to walk around prague, make sure you buy one way ticket (not the one day ticket) because you will end up not using the one day ticket. Also, the breakfast was fine and the staff was friendly.

I had great experience in this hotel. the location is close with main station and tram. the hotel very clean. even this is an old hotel, but the facilities are still in good condition. we Happy stay here.
