.-Dear b2 pano Residency Management Team, I am a regular customer at b2 pano Residency and have always enjoyed my stays with you. Recently, I booked a room in the highest category, expecting the quality and comfort associated with it. However, I was placed in a lower-category room, despite having paid for the highest option. I was informed there was a lack of availability for the room I booked, even though my booking had been confirmed. I understand that availability can sometimes be challenging, but I was disappointed, as this did not align with the service I've previously experienced at b2 pano Residency. Implementing a clear policy or providing suitable compensation, like a rate adjustment or a future upgrade, could make such situations feel fairer and more transparent. Due to low price then no more basic accommodation such as hair dryer, kettle.

A really nice and clean hotel! Helpful and friendly stuff, daily cleanup! All you need in the room and quite a strategic location, a lot of cafes and markets in 2-3 min on foot! Only minus is if you will be unlucky to have a loud neighbors! Otherwise - super solid choice!

The staff is very helffull, the room amazing cleans, large and warm so beautiful.

Staffs are friendly, facilities are good in terms of they are giving us access to fridge full of water bottle and unlimited cookies and coffees in the lobby. Lobby has billiard, but need to pay 40B, reasonable price. Room is decent, a little noisy when facing the main road, we just stay for one night, so its bearable. Water has no control of hot water however.
