I'm so disappointed on customer service (front desk Hotel). I booked hotel via Traveloka already. When I came to check in hotel, they said that my booking didn't appear on their system. I showed all of emails and confirmation booking via email, but they didn't accept me check in. They don't find solution with me, they just talked me contact Traveloka, they don't know anything.
I am not happy and I talk them that I call police, after that they arrange room for me by another building hotel (lower fair).
