Breakfast was terrible. Almost nothing to eat.

Central location. Very nice staff. But too old and degrading facilities. Weak water pressure.

The room was so smelly (musky moldy smell) that I had to change rooms. I had to pay extra to get a different type of room because a diff room of the same type also smelled. The room I booked on app, under Room Facilities, it stated that there was blackout curtains/drapes but when I checked in, the room had no windows whatsoever. The lobby and the room have such a cold sterile look and feel because there is no decoration whatsoever. The hotel is actually inside the same building as a bank. Definitely not a 3-star hotel, at best 1.5 stars. No hair dryer, no kettle.

I think I never recommend Ruby Hotel Ca Mau to all because this is the bad hotel that I have ever known. It's unprofessional service, unclean, and not enough water for taking a bath. It's quite terrible!

Facilities was very nice, position was very close to Vincom and city center, the staff was friendly. The only small problem was that there was some small cockroachers in room.

The hotel is okay, the owner is enthusiastic and cheerful, but you have to buy mineral water extra so it's a bit inconvenient.

The room has no ventilation fan, it's stuffy and smells musty every time you enter the room.

Okay except the automatic light outside the shutters are off all night. 🥲
