This is the first time I stayed at this hotel and already it's become my favorite hotel in Surabaya. The room is not too big nor too small, the view is nice, and the price is very cheap. I like the vibe of the surrounding areas too. There is a lot of eateries to choose from and the traffic isn't as heavy since the place is inside a housing area. I will definitely choose this place again whenever I need to stay in Surabaya.

We're family with kids, staying at this hotel for three nights, and we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly strategic – right in the city center, making it easy to get around and close to many restaurants, shopping centers, and attractions such as Surabaya Zoo, Submarine Monument, Heroes' Cemetery, and etc. The room was spacious, spotless, well-maintained and equipped with adequate facilities. The bed was comfortable. Additionally, they have microwave in the rooms! Overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. The view of the city of Surabaya from our rooms was truly beautiful. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options available each day. What stood out the most was the excellent service! The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, and during breakfast time- everything went smoothly and professionally. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and top-quality service in the city center. Surely will come back!

Although we arrived quite early at 1 PM and I expected to wait, the staff actually let me check in at that time without me even asking! That was really great! And the hotel is so beautiful. Thank God, I was satisfied with my stay at MORAZEN Surabaya. The security guards in the lobby and parking lot were friendly and smiling. The receptionist in the lobby? Don't ask, they're definitely even friendlier. When I forgot my prayer mat, I asked to borrow one, and it was delivered to my room in less than 10 minutes. Their hospitality as hoteliers is very impressive. Good job, and thank you for your excellent service.

Second time stay at this hotel. just stay vacation with my beloved family during long weekend. only at Surabaya because of pandemic & we decided to stay at here. this hotel is very comfort, clean, we enjoy it very much. we choose space room & I think this room is suitable for big family. in the morning, breakfast is delicious, we like it. the last but not the least this hotel have implemented health protocols well. so don't worry if you want to stay at this hotel. this hotel is one of the best choice hotel if you want to vacation but still in Surabaya with family.
