I think this is one place to stay that will surprise you. The price is not expensive, but the rooms are spacious, with minimalist decoration, so it feels even more spacious. Apart from being spacious, the rooms are neat and clean. This hotel will clearly be your first consideration if you travel again to ITS and its surroundings. Hopefully it's not fully booked.

We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

The staff was very friendly, there was access to Pakuwon City Mall, and the hotel was very clean. If I were to return to Surabaya, I would definitely stay here again. It's really convenient because you don't have to leave the hotel anymore because it's in the same area as the mall with its many culinary options. Besides being friendly, the staff is very helpful without being asked.

The strategic location is easily accessible, and despite being located next to a main road, noise is well-absorbed in the room. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is cool, the bathroom amenities are complete, and the staff are friendly. It was a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
