Everything here was perfect, all the facilities were perfect! And it's near from the train station also with the light rails (tram).

We upgraded our room and had the best sunrise view overlooking the opera house🤍. The stay was very lovely and all the staff are very accommodating and nice, definitely recommended for a nice getaway.

The Shangri‑La Sydney views were incredible, the rooms felt luxurious. The staff where lovely and would go over the top to accommodate anything which made the whole experience feel special. The kids were completely in their element, so much so that when it was time to pack up, they practically staged a protest because they didn’t want to leave. It was one of those trips where everyone, adults included, felt genuinely sad to say goodbye.

The hotel is a short walk to restaurants & shops. Since my husband & I likes to go for long walks, we were able to walk to the Opera House, the Botanical garden, St Mary’s Cathedral, climbed the Harbour bridge & walked from one end to the other end. This all happened on different days. We walked to the wharf & took a sightseeing cruise. It was lovely. The staff were very kind & awesome.The view from our room was amazing. We will stay at this hotel the next time we visit again

Staff excellent the front desk and doors . Particular mention on to Hannah who went out her way to help me change rooms. Housekeeping great . Brilliant location . Only small change , would be to have a little more information on the facilities, such as the pool, spa and bars. Great view but you need to be le el 10 or above so ask for that .

Stayed 6 nights at Sangri-la. Room service was done properly for the first 3 nights, but was skipped the rest. Had to call and ask for room service. One of the nights the service was not followed up after the first call and had to request again at 9pm upon return to room. Should be much better for a 5-star hotel.

The hotel has a lux feel with a come as you are vibe. Staff are courteous and helpful, room service is 24 hrs and the food is good. The bed is so comfortable. I did wish the pool was open later,

The staff were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. From the moment we stepped foot out of our taxi we were greeted by the most friendly concierge who helped with our luggage and directed us to the checkin counter. The checkin staff were very helpful and accommodating and the process went super fast and before no time we were off to our amazing room.

We enjoyed our 5-night stay at Sydney Shangri-la hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and responded promptly to all of our requests. The only downside was the uphill walk to the hotel, which could be challenging at times. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay.
