I liked the quick check in and out. It was loud. Room decor was old. Rust in bathroom sink. Did not use bath. Not appealing. No door on closet. Window couldn't open. Latch broken. Lighting poor. Not comfortable or relaxing. Breakfast not to my liking. Pillows were OK. Couldn't see soccer players faces on TV. Very poor quality. Strange smell in room. First time ever that I checked out before checkout time.

Hotel is older and shows its age in some places, eg. the bathroom. Great location next to new casino and very close walk to the Falls. On site parking was great, but get there early, it’s limited. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was ok. Will stay here again.

Staff: When we checked in on July 9, the female staff member was friendly and helpful. However, when we checked out on July 10, the male staff member seemed rather cold when I informed him about the issues we found in one of our rooms. Room: We booked two rooms, and one of them had two maintenance issues: peeling paint on the ceiling and a ceiling light fixture that was partially hanging. Unfortunately, we didn't notice these problems until the following morning. Breakfast: The breakfast was good and we enjoyed it.

Booked 4 rooms for a 3-day family holiday. Isabelle at check-in was very good, but her 2 colleagues (elderly lady and man) were outright rude and offensive in the way they treated us and responded to questions during our stay. The rooms were decent and clean but one room balcony door was sealed shut. The air con was SO LOUD, it made it impossible to relax in the rooms. Room cleaning was generally not a thing, with staff coming late in the day to ask about towel and supplies replacement. The hotel had TSN, so we could watch the World Cup in our rooms, but the TVs were quite small with poor quality pictures (think 20 years ago tvs). The best thing about the rooms was the beds, which were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was appreciated, but would be helpful if they opened earlier than 8am, as during the summer lots of guests were eager to get their day started and it was very crowded. The pool was okay, but humid and very stuffy. The one hotel lift bounced around at every stop and didn't feel safe. I wouldn't be recommending this hotel.

The property is walking distance to the Falls . There are several restaurants choices in the area. Updates are needed to the rooms and bathrooms. Old TV, AC units and bathrooms in general.

It’s not worth it to pay 240ca a night for this hotel, super old smells and no elevator if you have a second floor room also the breakfast was bad the tests of the hot food o no!😖 the coffee not good either.sorry but I don’t recommend to stay in this property

The spider webs outside the doors were intense. Each night HUGE spiders came right outside and I think those webs need to regularly be cleaned. The breakfast overall was good, but I thought the sausages were pretty gross - personal preference. It would've been nice to have an alternative protein option as well as cream cheese. Other than that the room was well and the host at breakfast was very sweet. Though parking is included, at times it was difficult to find.

Breakfast food was standard fare. Waffle maker was the highlight. Food was replenished quickly by the attendant. Coffee/tea in lobby was most convenient. They filled my room request well. Amenities in the room was most adequate. Will stay here again. Location is very convenient, just a short walk to the falls.
