This hotel is our go to for Niagara falls when we have a concert at the olg stage, convenient, close to the casino, close to the falls, nice breakfast, clean rooms and parking included.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The place felt more like a motel than a hotel. The beds were old and uncomfortable, the mattresses were terrible, and the pillows were in very poor condition. Overall, the room did not feel comfortable or worth the price we paid. We would not stay here again.

We liked the location and the view of this property. Unfortunately it was not what we expecting by the pictures we reviewed prior. The room was very basic, curtains were ripped in multiple places, floors felt dirty, sink didn’t drain properly. The breakfast was the exact same every day. When we arrived we were told breakfast from 6-11 which we thought was great so we didn’t have to rush around in the morning. Then Sunday came and our pick up was 830 and it didn’t open until 8. Probably the most disappointing part was the room service… our bed was never made. We never left anything on the bed that would deter from making it. That is a luxury I enjoy when away. They came in emptied garbage and changed towels. Our trip to Niagara was great but unfortunately the hotel is showing its age. No real amenities in hotel. No common area to sit, vending machines only.

Got there early but couldn’t check in as the room apparently wasn’t ready , checked in later in the day , there was lots of empty rooms. My room was really outdated and not so clean. The floors had dirt and stuff all over and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The room air conditioner is very loud and clunky. There is no microwave in the room , but had a small mini fridge. The breakfast was ok but basic , cheap quality food. There was a pool but didn’t go. Parking was free and close to the casino and good walking distance to attractions. We put a do not disturb on the door and came back later to see the staff entered anyway. We came back later in the day and noticed that our door was left ajar from the staff. Luckily nothing went missing when we were out. It was ok for the price but would stay at a newer and nicer hotel the next time.

Great location. Clean, yet seriously outdated furniture, decor and bathrooms. Bring charger blocks with you! TV was small, limited channels. Could use a glow up. Free parking was a huge bonus. Decent free Breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Fitness facilities are located off property and offer cardio-only options.

The fan sounded like an old car engine, so you had to choose between staying cool or getting a good night's sleep. Breakfast was okay. At least they had coffee, juice, and some cereal for kids. Overall, it was definitely not worth the money. The only positives were the convenient location and the free parking.
