This was the last hotel we stayed at and it definitely gave a strong closeout of our 2 week trip before heading home. The location is slightly off center but it is within 3 minutes walking from the river. Great bakeries and supermarket within 15-20 min walking distance or a short bus ride. The room (including bathroom) is nicely sized and beds are comfortable. Breakfast area is spacious with nice decor, and food selections were expansive, with multiple coffee machines to avoid long wait. We only have an overnight stay so we didn't use the gym/wellness area but you'd have to make reservation ahead of time which can be a little difficult even if we were staying for longer, as it would be nice to use the facility when the need calls after a long day of walking or etc, and it is a little hard to plan ahead as travel sometimes can be highly structured and it would be nice to not have to worry about making it on time or missing the reserved time to use the facility. Unsure if you'd have to pay extra for the wellness center... Overall, I would recommend this place for sure.

The hotel is so busy patting itself on the back for being "Eco Friendly" that it has forgotten guests enjoy some conveniences such as a phone in the room, air conditioning, towel racks and doors that mute sounds from the hallway and bathroom.

Rooms are clean and modern and the bathroom was a good size with a large shower. The pillows are very thick so quite uncomfortable and the beds are soft. Breakfast is a buffet, all good quality but less choice than we expected. The staff let the hotel down, most seemed badly trained and had to ask supervisors for help to find out information. The check out time is noon but we tried to return to our room at 11.50 and the key card had already expired, so had to return to reception to get access to our room to collect our luggage. Reception was always busy so you have to wait to get assistance, more staff are needed. There are extra charges for everything, including storing baggage after check out. Overall disappointing experience given the price.

The first day we arrived we were told that we could not use the restaurant at lunchtime because it was booked out for an event. The following day we tried to use the roof top bar but were again informed that it was booked for a private event. The hotel did not offer any apology or any compensation even though their advertised facilities were unavailable. Having said that the staff were very friendly and the facilities (when available) were very good and the proximity to attractions was great.

Spacious and clean rooms and a good central location near the Station and Tivoli. However, no water in the room, no tea and coffee-making facilities (except in Superior and above), no milk (even in Superior - you have to ask at the bar), and they charge to store luggage for a couple of hours too, which I'd never heard of before. Staff friendly, but a different reply to questions according to who you asked!

No coffee/tea facilities in the room is my only complaint from a room and hotel perspective. However i booked my stay through Expedia along with my flight as a package deal. I then got a checkin link via the hotel and checked in and they charged me again! I have been trying to get a refund for a week. I spoke to the receptionist on arrival and departure and numerous emails. Still waiting! Apparently they have a new system but this isn’t my problem.

Endless queue at check in , very slow check in process, gave me wrong room, rejoined the queue. Took 40 minutes from arrival to be in the room I actually booked. No apology.
Very clean overall, but not fit for doing work as bad lights, desk lamp flickering and plugs in strange places (my charger cable wasn’t long enough), no usb charging points.
Decent breakfast for the price
In short maybe nice for a holiday but inefficient for a business trip.

Nice hotel, but the check-in process is rather painful, several messages are pushing you to check in electronically but when you reach the hotel you still have to redo the process with an attendant. The luggage locker are very expensive when it’s usually a free service in a hotel of this standard. Same for room cleaning you have to ask for it the day before or no one is doing it !!

Lack of human interaction and contact. You have to check in online rather than good old fashion front desk. You have to book the cleaner online otherwise your room will not get cleaned. I booked it but they still didn’t clean my room.
Never in my entire history of travelling, I have never paid for luggage storage. If you land early, hotels usually don’t let you check in to the room but they keep the luggage FREE of charge. This place charges for luggage storage. I saw people struggle with luggage storage A. The lockers are closed (comes in different sizes and prices) so you can’t tell which one to hire B. Elderly people struggle with technology!
It just lacked personal touch and customer service.
