First time at Copenhagen was a blast because of Scandic Spectrum. The hotel is modern, new, great room, and spacious. Very digital savvy with everything that you can book online from room cleaning to breakfast slot. Breakfast was superb, my kids love the pastry. When we arrived, the room was ready as briefed on the notes. All staff were super friendly and thank you for the smart TV, my kids can watch YouTube 🤭. The location is also very good, a 5-10 min walk to Kobenhavn Central and Tivoli, view of Island Brygge from the hotel was great. Thank you Scandic Spectrum, definitely will come back if we travel to Copenhagen again:).

The bar personnel added a genuinely personal layer to the experience.
Their product knowledge, attention to detail, and friendly approach created a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged guests to stay longer.
Service was prompt for the hole group, without feeling rushed, and the team struck a strong balance between casual hospitality and operational discipline.
The relax area was another highlight. Clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for downtime, it provided a quiet counterweight to a busy workday.
The surrounding area of Copenhagen further enhances the experience.
With easy access to public transport, cafés, canals, and the vibrant urban energy, the hotel sits in an ideal location for both business and leisure.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was brilliant being not too far from the main train station, and having bus stops a few minutes away. It's a lovely hotel that I would absolutely stay at again.

The room was clean, but wheeeey too small for 2 people with suitcases. Breakfast was tasty, but it should have more protein than pork. Would have loved turkey bacon, salmon and chicken.

When we arrived, it was dirty glasses in our room, it was also hair on the floor and on the toilet. We booked a clean up, and went outside for almost 7 hours, when we got back the cleaning lady havent been there. She came running with towels, and we basically had to give her our old towels and the trash.
