Lovely 2 night stay, excellent breakfast, shout out to all staff esp Samir at the breakfast restaurant.
Centrally located with good transport options, restaurants, shopping.
Pls check carefully the nearest lift to your room, otherwise you will be walking along corridors and navigating needless steps.
Take the regular bus to the tube, Olympia station is not convenient.

AC doesn’t work.
Shower head sprays horizontally.
Lack of shower curtains causes mini puddles on the floor.

I had no problems staying at this hotel. The room we had was clean. The staff were helpful and polite. The only minor issue we had was the door handle. It was pretty jammed and you had to pull it hard to lock it, and pull it hard to release it. Like I said, minor problem, everything else was good. I would recommend

The bed room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom left something to be desired. It was impossible to avoid getting water on the floor when showering. The toilet roll holder was almost useless and the toilet did not flush well. It’s time for a bathroom remodel. Very convenient for Kensington Olympia station. The staff were helpful and efficient.

Amazing Experience - so convenient and Staff was awesome! I stayed 5 days and it was such a great location for getting into the City yet many great walkable options too. Bus #9 became my new best friend and I had the most pleasant solo travel experience!

I messaged the hotel prior to the day of arrival to see if we could check in earlier as we were in a hurry to get out to a concert but they never read or replied. When arrived at check in at 3 the queue was massive and we waited 30 minutes in the queue to check in.
Also at 6:45am there were radios/walkie talkies going off outside our room in the corridor which we didn’t know if it was hotel staff or police.
Room was small but fine for what we needed.

Check in was very easy with friendly staff. Was able to do early, and leave luggage in our room, so we could enjoy the rest of the day around London.
Large restaurant for breakfast meant there was plenty of space available. Loads of choice of food, although some of the cooked items were only lukewarm.
After checking out we received a call to inform us we'd left an item in the room, so very helpful staff.
Only downside was transport. Underground stations are quite a long walk.

This hotel is looking a bit dated and tired in places but that's not a criticism....I love it!........it has character and everything works......some more modern hotels in London can feel too clean and clinical so please don't change anything.....great location and great value for money.......will return.....

Hotel and room were clean. Breakfast good, with wide choice, and nice situation of breakfast room on first-floor. View from our room was the air-conditioning system, but we were only here for one night; bed comfy, pillow less so. We were here for a visit to the Royal Albert Hall, and it is a lovely easy walk along Kensington High Street for about 30 mins. Would come again for the same purpose.
