Ruby Zoe Hotel London

Great location in Notting Hill. Excellent, attentive staff. Overall comfort was fine and value for money okay. (Add on breakfast was 30 pounds a day?!) But a very good rating overall.

Ideal for if you just need a clean, cozy place to sleep at the end of the night. Located in one of London's most expensive neighborhoods, it has the accessibility of 3 tube lines right down the block. There are also 4 supermarkets just downstairs, and a plethora of restaurants and shops in the area. It's on a busy street and never did it feel unsafe. The room was generally very clean and big with a comfy bed and adjustable AC, but has atypical misses. There is a Bluetooth speaker and a guitar amp, but face towels and slippers have to be purchased from the vending machines on select floors. Housekeeping had only come once in a course of a week. The glass box shower provided little insulation and water poured out onto the floor. Its layout provided little help since it shared a space with the toilet, but the sink was outside in the room. With the toiletry bottles secured to the wall, you then have to leave the shower area to get to the lotion and hairdryer. There was also mold behind the hand shower. For light sleepers, the sound of other rooms using the toilet may result in you waking from hearing water run through the pipes. It's not the worst since there was little door slamming or hearing people in the hallway. Generally, decent for if you're staying solo. May be difficult for those sensitive to noise or sharing a very transparent restroom with others.

My room was spacious and spotless. Staffs were friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect it has everything!!!! M&S/waitrose/tesco and of course the portobello market

​I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was lovely, and overall, everything was very well-maintained and nice. ​The only minor downside was the beverage selection in the galley; it seemed to be exclusively tea. As a coffee lover, I think the space would really benefit from adding a bean-to-cup coffee machine to give guests a few more options in the morning. ​Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience and I'd definitely recommend it!

Excellent staff, super clean and modern rooms

Good service, clean rooms, nice space even if it’s very tiny. Good view. Only issue was the first room we stayed in the toilet didn’t flush properly. The second room was great for the toilet. Amazing location!

Staff were very polite. Most lifts were out of order and the one working lift had a mind of its own! Room was lovely, although the floor and mirror could have been cleaner.

Fabulous location, great hotel. Lovely and clean, bedrooms very quiet. Yes no tea/ coffee in rooms but there is a section on each floor to make tea/coffee. Also fab Barista coffee served at breakfast - which was great. Staff all very friendly. Definitely recommend and we will be staying here again and trying a different Ruby hotel.

Location: A great location in Notting Hill. Quiet so that you can get a good night's sleep. Convenient to get around London as you are within walking distance from the Tube. Additionally, the hotel was near some lovely brunch/food places. Room: I appreciated the room size as we had two suitcases. I also appreciated how comfortable the bed and pillows were. Despite the time difference, I slept very well. The hotel amenities, such as the shampoo, conditioner and body wash, were luxurious. Even better if: The Only thing that would make this hotel/the cosy room even better is a kettle to make tea. I was not able to make a tea while staying in London. A warning for tourists like me: Please be cautious with your personal belongings, as I was pickpocketed whilst exiting the Tube near the hotel. I was carrying my suitcase up the stairs meanwhile someone was stealing my belongings. The hotel itself is safe and quiet, but be cautious and aware when leaving the hotel, and especially when you are near public transport/the Tube. I recommend😊

Room spotless and everything worked although TV picture was a bit washed out. All channels worked. Great shower with loads of hot water, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Excellent breakfast. Bar area around front door very cold though
