It was a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds are secure. They use access cards instead of regular door keys. It's close to delicious and affordable restaurants. Recommended if you're looking to stay near UB and Polinema.

The location is truly strategic. It's on the main road. The family room we booked was lovely. It had two windows, one of which overlooked the plaza in front of the hotel. There was a sofa and two TVs. We also got six free bottles of drinks in the fridge, such as Sprite or Fanta. For those of you who want to stay in a hotel with the intention of sleeping or relaxing in your room, this hotel is highly recommended. Finding food out is also very easy, as there are many delicious eateries within walking distance.

First time to this hotel & really amazed because from the lobby it was clean & fragrant, once in the room it turned out to be as clean & tidy. What made me the happiest, because it immediately connected to the hotel Wi-Fi & it was very smooth. In the room there was a smart TV & you can watch YouTube. The bathroom was provided with 2 towels, a mat, soap, shampoo, 2 pairs of sandals, and a shower kit. The shower was strong. Hot & cold water worked well. There was a prayer mat & Al-Quran (plus point). All the staff smelled good, neat, and super friendly (plus point). There was a hot water kettle including tea, coffee, creamer, and sugar. The AC was super cold, lol. Awesome, love it!!! ❤️

The sheets are spotlessly clean, unlike other hotels where the sheets are sometimes stained and the room is covered in dust. Here, there's no dust at all. It's incredibly clean and comfortable.

When you're tired of traveling long distances, a short check-in time is very helpful. Plus the kitchen staff's willingness to serve in the restaurant even though orders were already closed. Amazing, so we didn't have to bother going out to find dinner. Gallons of water are also provided in the lobby to refill as desired. The hot water in the bathroom is strong and functions well. The AC is also cold. Rooms are clean and spacious. Most of the people staying are families, so it feels comfortable. A smoking area is provided in the garden in front of the room.
