It was a comfortable stay. It's also close to the shopping center. The food is 11/12 like The Zuri Hotel, delicious. Everything is good. The room is also spacious for a Deluxe. The only thing lacking is the F.O. service. Lacking SOPs and less than efficient. Otherwise, everything is fine.

I apologize in advance, this was my worst hotel check-in experience. I brought my family and two children. This is a classic hotel, in my opinion. The lighting was dim, the room was dirty. There were ants, and oddly enough, for a 5-star hotel, the breakfast wasn't up to par. And the elevator line was incredibly long. Honestly, I was disappointed staying at Aryaduta. It was beyond my expectations, even though I paid a lot.

The building and layout are old-fashioned, with carpets, so the first time you arrive at the floor, you'll smell musty. The rooms are average-sized, and the bathrooms are also old-fashioned.
