Luxury Hotels in Batam

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks and everything was good.

Great location but poor services.

The hotel is old. Front desk staffs are not so friendly. The carpet with cigarette holes, linen with holes and not white anymore, arm chair’s cushion broken and smelly and chair with cigarette hole, are all worn out. Need renovation. Close to harbour bay mall, but the mall it self almost empty. Good that there is a supermarket. Close to other mall but hard to find reliable taxi in Batam, dominated by unregistered taxi who charge unreasonable fare.

Room is old, no hot water shower shower. Found bathroom dirty especially at the corner area.

Very comfortable for staycation with family.

I booked 3 bedroom for 7 person. I check in 2 hours early from my initial check in timing, hotel asked to pay Rupiah 100000, for each room, so I just follow the policy. But this is first time A hotel asking for early check in fee. And Wifi not working, TV not working as well. Foods taste was awful. First and my last to stay at this hotel.

Nice place to stay with family, friends or partner.

Didn't know was under renovation till maybe end year. Should have announced. Start drilling at 10am, super noisy. Location was good. Breakfast variety acceptable.

Neat hotel and very close to the airport. Airport transportation is also available at a reasonable price for a decent car. Breakfast is available with a relatively good taste, it would be nice if fresh fruit was served. All the staff we encountered were friendly, especially the receptionist who checked us in near midnight. The only complaint is the smell of the room due to the ceiling being damaged due to leaks from the room above, also the shower in the bathroom not functioning optimally

Overall the staff and room is okay. Only don't have a hot shower.
