Nice ambience, helpful staff, nice sky lounge.

Old hotel but with excellent service. Followed the Health Protocol. Fast check in and checked out. Cooperative employees from front office, HK, and FB. All special request I've ordered full fill great fully. Connecting rooms (the view was spectacular) and Graduation treat. Thank You Aston Solo. It was my second visit and will be visit again.

It was a brief stay on my way to take my eldest back to her ‘pondok’ … and parting with her has never been easy. Thanks to very kind and helpful staff members who assisted since I arrived (after 5hrs of traffic jams) up until I had a difficult time ordering a taxi to go to the train station after I checked out. Oh plus the superb Iga Bakar as my super late dinner, a room service menu delivered in a blink. All that makes it a very comforting transit, I must say!

I ordered family room which contains 3 single bed. The room is clean and comfort enough. The facilities in the room were complete. I love the breakfast that they are served, it has various menus and it has good taste. Also, The staff over there is friendly. Grand HAP maybe is not a big hotel but the facilities is very complete, there are swimming pool, fitness center and spa. I would stay in Grand HAP if I visit solo again.

Location is very good, staff very helpful and quick response, room is very spacious, clean, air-con is cold enough, bed is very comfortable. Hope they can keep up the cleanliness.

I love really staycation at Harris Hotel Solo. It’s Modern style and You should staying here when visiting SOLO. Specially ask for room with fly over room. You can see mountains of Merapi & Merbabu. You can see also sunset when the weather are Good. One important things is the friendly staff who ready to help you. I recommended Harris for staycation on SOLO. Kind Regards, Adi

This hotel so comfortable, well maintained Javanese architecture, satisfying service and the staff so helpful, varied breakfast menu making a staycation with family more enjoyable and strategic location easy to reach also this hotel implements good and strict health protocols.

We love this hotel! Dinner all you can eat was very delicious, clean and safe. Breakfast was tasty. My family like some of the breakfast items very much and we asked for some servings to go and they happily prepared them for us. Very kind and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean. There is a batik shop at the lobby that sells good clothing. We will stay there again when time permits. Thank you.

Nice view from top of the dining area. Delicious breakfast. Clean & neat room, good friendly hospitality from the Front Office, waiters/waitresses.

Several times stayed here, one of my favorite and recommended place to stay when you're in Solo. Very good cleanliness, friendly staff, strategic locations for food or if you need to go anywhere

The crew's look was stylish. The way the welcoming guest was very good. I got a room that I have requested in the application. Overall, it was a nice experience!
