This hotel is awesome, all the staff are friendly. I stay here with my family. The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, and the bathroom is clean too. For the swimming pool it will be better if it has a pool for children, water level below 70 cm for example. The food tastes really good, love it. Thanks

Love this hotel! They allow us to check-in at 1.30 instead of standard 2pm. Room has very nice lovely interior. Rooftop pool is highly recommended. It’s super convenient cause they provide clean towel at pool so we can just swim and relax. Location is also very good. Very near with airport and Transmart. Nice breakfast also.

Very nice place with a great, large & beautiful outdoor view inside. Proper place for family vacation. Friendly and helpful staffs. Dekat kemana2, tinggal nyebrang ke Transmart/cgv cinema. Untuk bapak satpamnya mungkin harusnya membantu tamu untuk nyebrang ke jalan raya baik yang menggunakan motor/mobil, karna cukup susah buat nyebrang ke jalan dari hotel ☺🙏.

The room was clean. Housekeeping always make up our room when we're out of breakfast. The breakfast also great and many varieties everyday. Suggestion: The water activities should open everytime when peak season. Too bad we don't have time to play in splash and angelfalls. Thank you for the pia compliment!

Hotel yang nyaman. Suasana tenang karena tidak langsung di tepi jalan raya. Lingkungan hotel, kamar, kamar mandi bersih. AC dingin. Air panas berfungsi dgn baik. Staff hotel jg responsif, awalnya safe deposit box di kamar tidak bisa dipakai, tetapi staff merespon dgn sangat baik dan mengganti safe deposit box nya. Tetapi memang interior kamar dan kamar mandi perlu peremajaan, beberapa furniture terlihat sudah tua, tiang lampu ada yg sudah berkarat. Variasi menu sarapan jg bisa ditingkatkan lg.

I am pleased to stay at this hotel for 1 night with family. I booked 2 superior twin rooms. I enjoyed the superior twin room with a large single bed and the spacious room. Parkir lots is limited but the security hotel staff very helpful. Thanks for their hospitality to arrange the parking lots. The breakfast variation is not much but the taste was great.
