The place is great, its clean, its gorgeous the only downside is the variety of food but it's taste great. the swimming pool water is very clean. The amenities is so complete more than what you would expected.

What else to say about Apurva Kempinski? All are perfect. No negative comments. Reception is quick and helpful. Frontliner staff that accompanying us to the room, Celine, is very helpful and explained a lot. Room was great. Clean. Perfect. Bathroom are very cozy and let's not forget the automatic smart toilet. Even they serve ice cubes - as expected from 5 star hotel. Swimming pools are huge. Beach is clean and the sands are soft. Beach club also serve best foods and drinks. Transfer to/from lobby provided buggy car service and even though I'm worried at first on the availability, well that's not the case. Buggy will come within 3 minutes after we asked for one. Breakfast was superb. Food variety are good. We stayed 2 nights and really hate has to leave on the 3rd day. It was a very pleasant experience and we are looking forward to visit Apurva Kempinski again in the future. Oh and the Coral restaurant - stunning!

I stayed here for my staycation. It was save during this pandemic. All staff are kind and helpful. The room was big, breakfast was okay (usually they have buffet). Overall this hotel is recommended

I stayed there with my husband and my 4yo child. I got upgraded to the deluxe room by Pak Darsana when I checked it at 1:30 pm. He assigned me to the first floor, close to the gym and also the pool! What a perfect location! The room was spacious even though it's old but so comfy, I got a long nice sleep and woke up at 6:30 am. The price was affordable for this kind of hotel. The swimming pool was perfect. My child enjoyed the stay so much! The aircon was cold! The hot water worked just perfect! Nothing to complain about. But breakfast selection was limited 😭 overall, 👍🏻! Impeccable stay. Stayed at a room in front of the pool. You get free drinks, fruits and snacks for in-house guests near the lobby. Most minibar items were also free of charge. Room was spacious and the interior design was on point (though I notice mostly Javanese interior instead of Balinese). Fisherman's club offers one of the best seafood options in Sanur. The grilled baramundi and roaster cauliflower were cooked to perfection. Prices are relatively affordable when compared with similar hotels in Bali. You can rent a bike for free and try the newly paved Sanur beachwalk, swim in the many pools or participate in the many hotel arranged activies. Would definitely come back for arguably one of the best hotels in Sanur.

Great place to retreat from busy daily routine. This hotel's clean private beach is a good spot for calming your mind, or to have an outdoor party. The bedroom is clean, with a big bathroom, complete with 2 type of showers and a big bathtub. Only the toiletries, was not refill unless requested. Good food quality for breakfast. And the best part that should be tried at this hotel is their swimming pool. The water is maintain in correct PH balance, very clean and warm. The spa is also recommended to try.

it was great experience stayed at this hotel, all facility is beyond our expectation for this hotel. the beautiful sea view and big room make complete our holiday in Bali. all staffs very hospitable to us. the breakfast also good.

Awesome experience in this hotel. From check in staffs Marini and Sintia were amazing. Bellboy and security were superb. Cleaning service in room dining. All the staffs including the trainee are very polite. Gojek food to this resort is so easy and convenient to collect. The swimming pool is so fun and kids friendly. Trans may not be international big brand, but I can assure you, the service in this resort is much better than all the other international 5 stars resort that I ve been. My daughter was sick, and the help they offer was great. Thank you trans hotel. Keep it up. You have captured our heart.

Good for couple. Far away from crowded, lovely place. And worth for money..

The room is squeaky clean and well maintained. We love the food choices and taste at the barrel, their in house beach front restaurant. Staffs are very helpful and kind. We have extended our stay and so happy that we chose this place for our stay.

Great place to stay, the beach is beautiful, considering it's in Seminyak. The service was okay, but the food is delicious, an interesting breakfast too?

Stay 2 nights, good design… very comfortable room for staycation. Very helpful staff. Would be great if they provide more facility in the room like pantry with wash basin, trash bin outside.

The Three Bed Room Ocean View Villa was the best! I really enjoyed my stay there and the staff was very friendly too! All the rooms were clean as well as the pool. I would like to stay there again!❤️

Worthed, everything from this hotel makes me comfortable and one of the must try hotel in Legian. One thing to improve is there are mosquitoes sometimes because the concept is garden.

Excellent hospitality service,fast check-in, all Staf welcome, hotel area everywhere clean and tidy and I love so much room atmosphere so warm and nice bed always late wake up for breakfast tasty food and hotel provide free surprise honeymoon set up during stay. The located 1 minutes from every where you can walk go to beach or kuta. Perfect I will be back stay here every I visit Bali soon.

Comfy, staff hotel so friendly, room is exactly same with the pictures. I highly recommended this hotel.

I stayed overnight here and because it was quiet due to the Covid pandemic it felt like that is our own swimming pool and gym. all facilities are sterilized beforehand. so we got a room that had been sanitized the day before. before checking in we also measured body temperature, friendly service and everyone was happy to stay here.

I love the pool, kitchen, living room, bedroom as well as the bathroom. It was so comfy. But I came there on holiday season, so it was so noisy from our neighbors (yea the villa located side to side to each other). And one thing that made me a bit disappointed was the service. I asked for towels since I checked in, they gave us 2 towels 3hrs later, and the rest came 1 hour after. Oh ya, there are several types of rooms, if you want the one with bath up, you should call and request at least the day before. Overall, recommended place to stay.

Have been two times stay at this hotel and always perfect stay at this hotel. On the first time stay at this hotel, they give us upgrade room to executive room; the last times we stay they set up our room beautifully during our honeymoon trip. A lot of breakfast varieties, the staff was very nice, near of Mall Bali Galeria and nice pool.

A nice modern and clean hotel. Friendly and professional staff. Located near biggest chain shop for handicrafts and gifts from Bali. Restaurant is closed during the pandemic. A great hotel to stay to end your holiday, it is only less than 30 minutes from the airport.

this accommodation is located in one of the famous tourist spots in Bali. The hotel offers plenty of recreational choices and services. it's located in an area that offers a lot of culinary and entertainment spots. definitely one of the places that I will stay again when I visit Bali.

we booked 3 pool view rooms, but when we checked in, they upgrade the room into suite type (2 bedrooms and 1 living room), in which we did not expect that. especially on new year eve. the room was spacious and clean. the bed and pillow were comfortable we hardly woke up. just wanna lay there all day long. the only "minus" part was we need to ask for bath towel since it was not available in the bathroom. the breakfast food was limited to 2 set menu. the taste: "American" breakfast was good but the Indonesian breakfast (nasi goreng) was already cold. overall, we enjoyed staying there.

Definietly will choose Harris Hotel again when my next visit to Bali. It is so near to airport and walking distance to local street food. Hotel staff are polite and kind and helpful. Surely will recommend frenz to choose Harris Hotel.

The accomodation was really great. I did really enjoy the facility especially the access to enjoy sunset on Beach Club. It was so refreshed there, good place for staycation with your beloved.
