I was very surprised by the poor presentation of breakfast and it was not like before, especially because all the food served was cold and poor quality. Hope other attendant not buy breakfast voucher.

The only hotel on earth locked Aircon temperature to bottom 25 degrees 👍.

Seru banget perjalanan di Medan kali ini. Bener² enak hotelnya. Bisa pijet jugaa di spa nya. Makanan super enak. Bisa balik lagi nih ke sini.

Great Staycation and near to the Center of the City.

Always convenient for staying here since I always choose this hotel while coming to this city.

Although it's an old hotel but my guest from Korea loves it because of convenient and strategic location. Maybe need to do some renovations at the outside of the hotel in the future.

Hotel tua tapi kamar luas, bersih, nyaman, hanya saja tidak ada remote ac jadi ac hanya bisa diukuran segitu saja. Akses ditengah kota. Staff semua ramah dan sangat membantu.
