Been stayed at this hotel many times. This time the hotel just finished renovation with a new look restaurant & reception. Clean & spacious room, cool aircon, friendly staff.

Second time to this hotel, I really like it, the staff are friendly and I like the breakfast the most, it's delicious and has lots of choices.

The hotel's location is truly strategic, close to Plaza Medan Fair, Center Point Mall, Medan Station, and also culinary spots that are also great souvenir shops. This is my second stay at this hotel. The room is super clean, the furniture is very aesthetic, and the room is spacious and comfortable. I originally booked a smoking room because the non-smoking room was no longer available, but I made a special request to be upgraded to a non-smoking room, and it was approved. I received a welcome cake for the second time, and the receptionist, Mr. Fama, helped me with the service. The receptionist was humble and helpful as always. - Intan
