Room is not the same as advertised (no window / viewing pane). It wasn’t a queen sized bed, it was 2 single beds attached together, so whenever you move, bed / mattress moves apart). Furthermore, bed linens are smelly and obviously old sheets as its marked icon hotel, and not fitted with the bed (bedsheet is tied on bed corners, instead of garterized fit) Also, it was not informed or at least indicated in the post that the pool is still not allowed to be used and no buffet breakfast as what it usually is. Elevator also smells weird. The only good thing is that, the staffs are nice and accommodating.

No rug provided when you get out of shower. I had to call the room service for that. No avaialable remote for the aircon. They told us to just turn on or off the aircon switch to regulate tenperature. Checking in also took longer around 30 mins before we got a room. Also the bed is just made of 2 single size mattress that were put side by side. The bed moves all the time separately since there are 2. It should have been a proper double size mattress.

The door is not opening, we cannot enter the room and it happened thrice. My husband needs to go down to the lobby to get help. Also, there's power disruption, it happened twice. I hate to complain but this is the way to have improvement.

the place is untidy and I've seen several cockroaches in my room. the heater doesn't work and We weren't able to use the bath tub since they don't have stopper. They don't have food inside the hotel so we were left going to the 711 near the hotel to buy junk food.

By booking an apartment, guests can feel more relaxed and at home without losing the touch of hotel-like amenities and services.

Typically, an apartment in Quezon City would come with separate living and dining areas, and a kitchenette where guests can prepare their own food.
