First time staying here, 1 night. Satisfied. When I arrived early, the security guard was quick to help me park and direct me to check in. Receptionist, fast check in at set time. KTP deposit. Can be helped to change the mattress type if still available. Access to the room is an elevator. In the room, the AC is functioning normally. Clean. Bathroom. There is a new mat, two pairs of towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, hot and cold water is on. The exhaust is on, so there is no smell. Breakfast. Got a buffet at the restaurant. Choice of 3 carbohydrates, 1 protein, 2 types of vegetables, 2 types of fruit. Great After breakfast, go to the mini swimming pool which is open from 7-10 am and the mini gym. The check out process is fast.

The location is strategic, there are various types of food that are cheap (there is a place that sells fried rice seblak in the same location and it is very delicious, but I forgot the name of the location). Overall the room is comfortable, the AC is very cold, the table, chairs, and wardrobe are clean, there are clothes hangers too, the bathroom is clean (although the shower is off), the TV is on and playing national programs, and if you want to request cleaning, it can be cleaned immediately, the pillows and blankets smell good, the room smells good. Thumbs up overall, the shortcomings are only minor. Oh yeah, the service is very friendly and standby 24 hours. I chose a room near the reception but thank God it wasn't noisy. The best! Thank you!

The room was very clean, the interior simple but neat, and the amenities quite complete for the affordable price. The hotel staff was also friendly, helpful, and their service truly made guests feel valued. The sharia-compliant concept also made my family and I feel calmer and more comfortable during our stay. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the cool air typical of Lembang is perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Overall, I highly recommend it for a family vacation or short staycation in Lembang. It was a perfect stay, even though it was only for one night. The staff were very friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, and they kindly allowed me to check in right away. The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa bed by the window with a beautiful mountain view from the 12th floor. The swimming pool was also very comfortable, with pleasantly warm water. The location made the stay even better, as the hotel is just a short walk from Braga Street.

Monoloog Hotel Bekasi

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.
