It was love at first sight when I visit SubWow, the ambiance, cleanliness, also friendly staff convinced me that I would be content staying here. SubWow is also compact, making it suitable for Millenials/alpha gen who need a place to stay. Since I prefer more privacy, a single private room is the perfect fit for me. The water stream is amazing, strong but not too much. They also provide a semi-dining room where you can eat or do work/assignments in desk. The parking lot is also impressive, to get to the upper level, you need to use a car lift. Staff & security is helpful and amiable. I really enjoy my stay here, it was an unforgettable experience, thank you SubWow.

Cute interior and suitable for families with kids. My daughter & son were really happy playing along in the spacious outdoor jacuzzi. The location is strategic even though it might be quite packed sometimes (well, what do you expect from Bandung around the weekend 😄) but all in all, my family & I had a great stay and would love to be back! We had a good time staying at this hotel. However, one thing that needs to be improved is the place to park the car. The car park is always full. We need to pay for valet parking, which can be considered as expensive fees.

Booked a non smoking room but didn’t get one available, promised by the receptionist to be ozonized but no one showed up, and no one picked up the housekeeping call. Very uncomfortable from the smoking smell. The room service food was so-so and a bit pricey.
