The hotel is luxurious and extravagant beyond its price. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The check-in was smooth, so we decided to get the Accor Plus membership. Our room was upgraded to the Suite, which has an amazing view of the city and Gedung Sate. The room is very nice with a modern and luxurious design. The breakfast was very nice, with many kinds of food to choose from. There is also a swimming pool and a fitness center. Overall a must stay place to enjoy Bandung from it's center.

We stayed at Ibis for wedding celebration and the staff makes extra efforts to decorate the room for the happy couple, they really pleased with their room and able to fully rested. The hotel location is perfect for The Sunday Market (Pasar Tumpah) so it will be good to do some browsing.

The location is good. You could find lots of street food nearby. The room is good, less noice and clean. Air Conditioner good enough. The bathroom is clean with strong push shower. All is good and nice.

Nice and comfortable. Delicious breakfast.

This hotel is highly recommended for low cost, strategic location and there are so many choices of food if you're hungry around the hotel.

Always love to staying at House Sangkuriang whenever my family go to Bandung for short vacation. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially Pak Wandi who help us to fulfil our request and the security who wash my car even we don't ask for him to do it. And the location is great, ohya every room had a little balcony, enough for you to feel the fresh air and having a good air circulation. The bad side is not from the hotel, but from the other guest sitting around the pool or breakfast near pool with many kids or even babies enjoying their swimming time but the adult/other guests is smoking. Make the air quality become worst and full of smoke and not good for the kids or even people who have allergic with smoke. Maybe hotel can make a suggestion or rules for the guest not to smoking near pool area? (No Smoking Area in public area)

Very comfy and near a lot of restaurants, attractions, hospitals, etc. But the check-in process somewhat pretty long / took time more than normal

Good, near gedung sate and padar cisangkuy.

We stay for 2 nights, stay in room 627. The room is small however its very comfortable and cozy, even though small its accommodate our stay perfectly. The Covid19 protocols really applicable in Hotel, they have Hand Sanitizer almost everywhere, in Hotel public area you must wear mask all the time except when you having breakfast. They have some games in the lobby that really fun, some of the staff could play with you and they challenge the guest in pool table, if the guest won against the staff then you get a free beverage. The cleanliness is good, All staffs is friendly and helpful, and they very informative with the guests need. They have gym, its small and need more equipment to accommodate guests workout. Too bad when we stay, the rooftops restaurant & Bar is under renovation. But this is great & comfortable hotel to stay in Bandung, the location is really strategic. We will stay there again if we going to Bandung, and hopefully we can enjoy the Rooftops Bar & restaurant.

The Palais Dago Hotel provides us new experiences to stay at "Old Roman" environment and enjoy the family room.

The room was exactly like pictures and with the price I got, I was satisfied with both the room and service. The place is very much recommended and I would definitely like to stay here again :)

Arrived when it was already dark. There's a carpark attendant helping to inform us on where we can park our car as hotel guests. Checking in was easy. We needed to deposit Rp50.000 (for hotel key) and the money was returned in full when we checked out and returned the key card. Overall hotel lobby ambience is nice and clean. We love it. Our room was on the first floor, and it's nice and relatively clean (dusty a bit on the table). Hot water system, air-con, everything worked well. Tea and coffee, 2 bottles of mineral water (plus electric kettle) were provided. The latest time to check out is 1pm, otherwise an extra day is charged. Breakfast option was good, and the food was 7.5/10. We tried eating at the cafe for dinner. Pasta was 7/10. Char Kway Teow was 6/10 (soggy and a little too salty). We tried the Ramadhan Meal, and it was 7/10. We had it delivered for dining in our room. When food was delivered to our room, we could pay using our bank's debit card on the spot (informed them of our choice of payment). Would we recommend this hotel? Yes.

this accommodation is in strategic location & near to culinary places..not too far from exit toll Pasteur. the place is tidy & comfy, cafe inside & the room clean..

2nd times booking at this best guest house in town, they gave awesome welcome snacks and drink, room spotless clean as usual, friendly staffs, strategic location, always feel like home. Will definitely recommended to friends and family
