Pros: The room was soundproof, good food, the location also is quite strategic. Cons: The pillows are not comfortable, the refrigerator randomly made strange noise in the middle of the night, the water heater was not hot, one use and it is already cold, the parking lot for motorbike is not properly shaded.

The floor a bit dirty. Surround by restaurant and street hawker. Strategic location.

It's a nice quite place. But it's hard to find nearby restaurant or food stall because it's located in residential area.

I recently stayed at the RedDoor Hotel kencana Tasik and had a rather disappointing experience. Several issues stood out during my stay: 1. The washroom lacked basic amenities like towels and soap, which was quite inconvenient. 2. The cleanliness of the washroom was below par. It was evident that proper cleaning protocols were not followed. 3. The air conditioning in my room was not working, making it uncomfortable, especially during warmer days. 4. The WiFi was only available near the reception area and did not reach the rooms, which was very frustrating for someone needing internet access in their room. Overall, my stay was far from pleasant. I hope the management takes these points into consideration and improves their services.

Location & cleanliness is good. There is a musty smell coming from in front of the bathroom.

The service was so poor, overpriced.
