Always stay in this hotel everytime we went to Tasikmalaya. And the hotel is never let us down. Comfortable bed, nice surrounding (lots of choice for food), polite staff. Only once we're a bit disappointed when they forgot to change our towel so we had to call front office since housekeeping didn't answer the call. Overall was a good experience.

Pros: The room was soundproof, good food, the location also is quite strategic. Cons: The pillows are not comfortable, the refrigerator randomly made strange noise in the middle of the night, the water heater was not hot, one use and it is already cold, the parking lot for motorbike is not properly shaded.

The WiFi was only available near the reception area and did not reach the rooms, which was very frustrating for someone needing internet access in their room. Overall, my stay was far from pleasant. I hope the management takes these points into consideration and improves their services.
