I stayed in a Family room with 2 large beds, the room was spacious, clean and new. The receptionist was very friendly and enthusiastic, always welcoming to guests. Located in the center, there are many shops. A few houses away is Cong coffee, very convenient Next time I come to Hue, I will come back

The second time I came to Hue, I booked a super nice hotel. The hotel is brand new, fully equipped, has a super delicious coffee shop downstairs, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, the location is not too far from the center but seems to be in a new residential area so it is quiet and airy. My husband and I had a really comfortable trip here.

The room is extremely clean. The toilet was sanitized and sealed when we came in. I was impressed how clean the bathroom was, like shining. Staff is very helpful, especially with carrying our heavy luggage with a smile. The pool is on the roof top with nice view and plants. Highly recommend this place and will come back

I had such a lovely stay at Gardenia Hue Hotel! The room was super comfy, the staff were always so friendly and quick to help, and the service was really great. The location is perfect and the breakfast was tasty too. It was my first time in Hue and I felt so comfortable and supported here. The hotel staff also helped me arrange everything, from tours to the royal tombs (I visited Khai Dinh Tomb) to airport transport (both from Phu Bai Airport to the hotel and back). That was such a big help for me as a first-time traveler in Hue. Big thanks to Julia and Melissa, you two are the best! 💖 I just arrived in Bali, but I already miss Hue so much 🥹 I’ll definitely come back to Gardenia Hue Hotel for my next visit to Hue. Lots of love from Gungsin 💕
