+ Very easy check in/check out. + Clean room and shower. Modern design too. + Very close to the beach. - No cup for coffee, but provided kettle (without the cup, it is useless though). - Cleaners came knocking into my room to clean up at 8.30am! Where am I supposed to go while they're cleaning?

The room is not really clean and if you want to use hot water you have to boil it on your own. The staff were really helpful.

I booked a junior suite and paid to upgrade to exe suite, but was kind of disappointed, the bathroom is tiny with no window. it is a one bed condo maybe but not an exercise suite. the cleaning was not 5-star standard. the balcony was not cleaned either. no cooking equipments for the hot stove, kind of pointless.

Accommodation may not be suitable for tourists as it is located in an alley not adjacent to the main road. But in front of the hotel there is a car service that can discuss the price directly. The room is clean but the air conditioner is not cold at all. Last night, the guest broke the shampoo bottle, so contacted the reception to ask for a new one, but the staff said that there was no backup and did not know where the housekeeper kept it, causing that night until the morning of check-out, there was no shampoo to use. Please urgently improve the problem solving of immediate incidents of the reception staff.
